Summer Westerbur is the founder of Kairos Insurance Group, an LGBTQ-owned and woman-owned agency established in Colorado Springs in 2004. With over two decades of experience, she’s passionate about helping individuals, families, and small businesses find smart, affordable coverage that truly fits their needs.
As a mom of one—whose child is currently studying at Trinity College Dublin—Summer understands firsthand how life’s transitions can shape what people need from their insurance. Her approach is personal, transparent, and education-focused, making sure clients fully understand their choices.
Guided by a belief in equity, empowerment, and informed decision-making, Summer is committed to redefining what compassionate, client-centered insurance can look like. When she’s not working with clients or mentoring other agents, she loves to travel. She’s visited 75 countries, is a provisional member of the Travelers’ Century Club, and often speaks on expert panels at conferences around the world. We specialize in employee benefits and we also assist with individual Marketplace plans through Connect for Health Colorado, Healthcare.gov, Get Covered Illinois, and Get Covered New Jersey.

Lindsay Amos is a Colorado native and licensed Property & Casualty insurance broker, currently expanding her expertise into Health and Life insurance. With a strong background in caregiving and years of firsthand experience managing the healthcare needs of a child with Type 1 diabetes, Lindsay offers a rare mix of professional insight and personal understanding.

As a mom of three, Lindsay knows that insurance isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about protecting families from the stress and uncertainty that can come with life’s unexpected challenges. Her approach is personal, honest, and education-focused, ensuring clients fully understand their options before making decisions.

Lindsay is passionate about helping individuals and families find smart, affordable coverage for their homes, businesses, and health. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys time with her kids, exploring Colorado’s outdoors, and continuing her professional growth in the insurance field.
