--Open enrollment will begin November 1, 2016 for the 2017 plan year. There are quite a few plans canceled this year, so you might be forced to switch your plan. Colorado has a new carrier in the individual market called Bright Health. I do have rates and plan designs available for this carrier now. Some carriers will have significant rate increases of 30%, so you may need to switch your plan. Rates will be higher this year.
